Found in the New Guinea, Solomon Islands, the Philippines, Santa Cruz Islands, Fiji, Samoa, the Caroline Islands and Vanuatu in mountain forests at elevations of 600 to 1200 meters. This is a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte, with an erect stem carrying leathery, fleshy leaves. They usually bloom from fall to winter. Usually blooms in the summer (June-August). Flower Size .4" [1 cm]. You are browsing on a near blooming size plant, with 1 healthy growth (about 1-1.5 years from blooming). These plants are at least 2 years old and are very well established. A MUST FOR ANY ORCHID COLLECTOR!!
